Thank you for your interest in attending the Australian Trefoil Guild Gathering.

To register, all you need to do is answer the questions by 'clicking' on the circles / squares or by typing your response in the boxes.  

*You will see a number of questions have a red asterisk next to them - these are compulsory questions you must answer to complete the form.

When you have finished completing the form and click on the submit button you will receive a confirmation email.  

The confirmation email will contain a PDF copy of the registration form for you to save / print and have the banking details repeated for your reference.  The email will also contain a 'link' that you must click on, once you have made a payment, to notify organisers that you have paid and to receive a receipt.

The details you provide will assist organisers make your stay as comfortable as possible. PLEASE NOTE - all hotel rooms have walk-in showers.

Gathering Options

Option 1 - full time

Includes-

  • 3 nights accommodation (Friday, Saturday and Sunday); 

  • all meals (except Friday evening and Sunday lunch); 

  • Gala Dinner Saturday evening; 

  • event scarf and event badge. 

Cost-

Room shared with another person attending - $780.00

Single room or shared with non-attending person - $1,215.00

Option 2 - day participation (no accommodation)

Options-

A. Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm M/T and Lunch ($120)

B. Saturday 9:00am - 9:00pm M/T, lunch and Gala Dinner ($190)

C. Saturday 9:00am - 9:00pm M/T, lunch and Gala Dinner Plus Sunday 5:00pm - 9:00pm Dinner and Closing ($260)

Accommodation

The dates of your arrival and departure are important to ensure your accommodation can be booked and a room allocated for your entire stay (if feasible).
Special requests will be considered however organisers are not able to guarantee all requests can be met.

Lots of walking, uneven ground at the Fort.  Free time to walk around Queenscliff.

Please note – your final registration fees will be calculated once your tour option preference has been allocated.

Gathering Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund of amounts paid will be made if cancellation is notified prior to 31 March 2024

  • A 50% refund of amounts paid will be made if cancellation is notified prior to 31 May 2024

  • No refund will be possible if cancellation is after 31 May 2024, unless the organising committee is able to transfer the registration to a person on the waiting list

The closing date for registrations will be 31 January 2023.


Payment Information

Please Note:  Tour costs will remain fixed at the stated price. Given however they vary depending upon the tour, we require you to pay only a deposit of $80 towards the cost at this point.  The balance will be notified to you for payment before the final date and depending on the tour you are allocated, based upon your preference and availability.

Registration form and deposit must be received by 31 January 2024.  Applications will not be registered unless a deposit or full payment is received. 

Full payment is required by 31 March 2024.
