Congratulations on deciding to become a Leader with Girl Guides.
You are joining a group of women who are committed to our Mission to empower girls and young women to discover their potential as leaders of their world. By becoming a Leader you will be empowering girls by facilitating The Australian Guide Program.
The Program provides opportunities for girls to develop leadership skills, build on team work capabilities and increase their resilience. It is also alot of fun and a chance to make lifelong friends.

Check that you have fulfilled all the checks and membership requirements of your State Girl Guide Organisation (SGGO) before registering for this training.
Complete the eGuiding modules as listed in your Leader Passport.
Once you click submit, your State Girl Guide Organisation (SGGO) will receive an email asking them to approve your registration (they will check that all membership requirements and eGuiding modules have been completed).
Once approved you will receive an email confirming your spot on the training (the deadline for approvals is 2 fridays before). In the week before the training date you will receive an email with Zoom details etc.
If you need to cancel or change dates please email admin@girlguides.org at least 72 hours before the training.
If there are still pre-training tasks, including membership requirements, to be completed with your SGGO you will receive an email to let you know this and you will not be registered. If your SGGO does not approve your registration before the training closing date you will need to register for another training date.
